Ebos for Oshun
Oshun loves honey, she is fond of light colored fruit. She likes wine, beer, rum or gin. Her blood offerings are hens, guinea, quail and either male or female goat. Additional offerings can be candy, cakes, flowers, mirrors, kola nuts, red palm oil, coconuts and cowrie shells.
Ebos for Oya
Eggplants are her favorite and as many as 9 can be offered at once depending upon the circumstance. She loves rum, gin, beer and wine. She likes dark fruits like plums, red or purple grapes. Other suitable offerings are palm oil, kola nuts and coconuts. Nice colored ribbons or an old fashioned pinwheel toy are also excellent offerings. Blood offerings for her are a hen and female goat and that also depends on the aspect of the warrior orisha you call.
Ebos for Yemaya and Olokun
Fruits, particularly red and purple grapes, melons, watermelons are a favorite and squash. Beer, rum, palm wine and gin are the spirits to offer. Candy and cakes are a staple offering. Again, palm oil and kola nuts are always acceptable. Coral and flowers are used as well. Blood offerings are sheep, guinea fowl, hens, pigeons, raw or cooked fish.
Ebo for Obatala
No drinking of any alcohol or any kind of substance abuse!
Ebos for Shango
Any drink or food that is red or any items pertaining to your current life situation.
Since his path is not a small path, the ebos will change and the sacrifices will become bigger the deeper into his path you go. There will be more fasting involved and more sacred sacrifices.
